Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of integconnect.co.za, book.integconnect.co.za, our AI assistant Neo, and to bookings and enquiries made with Integ Connect (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/809892/07) ("Integ Connect", "we", "us"). By using our website or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Our website and Neo

Our website and Neo provide general information about our services. Neo is an AI assistant: it aims to be accurate, will tell you when it does not know something, and can hand you over to a person, but its answers are not professional, legal or financial advice. Please confirm anything important with us directly.

Conversations with Neo may be recorded and transcribed, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

2. Demos and working sessions

• Demos and working sessions are free and carry no obligation to buy.
• Please give accurate information when booking so we can prepare. You may reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation.
• Any demo built on your website shows a sample of what the full system does and is provided for evaluation only.

3. Messages

If you agree to receive appointment messages, we will send confirmations and reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

4. Paid services

If you become a client, the scope, fees and timelines will be set out in a written proposal or quote that you accept. That proposal, together with these terms, forms our agreement. Where the two differ, the proposal applies. Prices are in South African rand.

Fees and billing

• Plans have a once-off setup fee, paid upfront, and a monthly fee.
• Payments are processed securely by PayFast. The setup fee is charged when you sign up, and the monthly fee is charged automatically each month from the billing date shown at checkout.
• We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any change to your monthly fee.
• If a monthly payment fails, we will let you know. We may pause the service until the account is up to date.

Cancellation

• There is no minimum term. You may cancel at any time by giving 30 days' written notice to [email protected].
• The service and billing continue during the notice period. After that, no further monthly fees are charged.
• Setup fees and monthly fees already paid are not refundable, unless your proposal says otherwise (for example, a results guarantee) or the law requires a refund.

5. Intellectual property

The content, branding and software on our website and in Neo belong to Integ Connect or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them without our written permission. You keep ownership of the content and data you give us.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse our website or Neo, including by submitting false information, attempting to access systems you are not authorised to, sending spam or harmful code, or using Neo for anything unlawful.

7. Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party providers (for example, booking, calendar, messaging and payment platforms). We are not responsible for their availability or their own terms.

8. Liability

Our website and Neo are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Integ Connect is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, Neo or a free demo. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other law that cannot be excluded.

9. Privacy

We handle personal information in line with POPIA and our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
